From Idea to Reality: A Phased Approach
The development of a new product or service follows a clear path through three distinct stages: Proof of Concept (POC), Prototype, and Pilot. Each stage is crucial for ensuring a successful outcome. Vision and Diligence connect all three.
Proof of Concept (POC)
This is the initial stage where you determine if an idea is feasible. It focuses on demonstrating that a concept or technology can work.
Prototype
Once you’ve established feasibility, you create a working model or prototype. This demonstrates how the product or solution will function and allows for testing and refinement.
Pilot
After the prototype is refined, a pilot program is launched. This involves testing the product or solution in a real-world setting with a limited group of users to gather feedback and identify any remaining issues before a full-scale launch.
